Defined Wine, the UK’s only dedicated contract-only wine-making facility, will be holding its annual Trade & Press tasting in London on Tuesday 18th June (during English Wine Week) The tasting will feature over 20 of their winery clients, plus other wines, and there will be an opportunity to meet founder Henry Sugden and winemaker Nick Lane (formerly of Cloudy Bay, Moet et Chandon and Dom Pérignon).

Kent-based Defined Wine was founded in 2018.  Making both sparkling and still wines, it owns no vineyards or brands, focusing solely on making wine for other people.  It offers everything from ‘crate to case’ full winemaking services, bottling, labelling, laboratory services, to temperature-controlled storage, and riddling and disgorging.
